Not All Local Job Sites Are a Scam - They Work!

There's a new website making the rounds on employment forums and other places where job chatter takes place, it's called LocalJobsForAll.com. I'll be honest, when I heard of this new 'job bank' type site, I didn't have a lot of hope. After all, the bigger guys like Monster and Indeed have surely got this niche covered, don't they? And frankly, I've not been impressed with Monster or Indeed at all, they seem to give back too many results in too many categories, many of which end up looking spammy at best when you start reading them and visiting their accompanying websites. Apart from Craigslist, which is probably the worst of them all, there's really not that much quality choice for job seekers out there. You do have your local state-ran job bank websites, but these typically require an involved sign up process, which is the absolute bane of my existence on the internet.There's just an awful lot of noise out there for a job seeker in this day and age and I'm sure that's frustrating, given that someone with no job is likely to become quickly irritated at these practices. Having said all of that, by the time I actually found a few moments to sit down and try out Local Jobs For All, I was pleasantly surprised. The only complaint I could really have was that they make your search by city and job type on the first page, and in my case I was looking to search many nearby towns in my location so I felt a little forced, but that feeling soon faded away as I languished in this sites' pleasing and intuitive interface. The jobs were plentiful, they were listed in an easy to read manner, and none of the jobs listed looked suspicious or spam-like at all. I did actually find a few jobs that piqued my interests and I went ahead and applied-- no calls yet, but it's only been a few days. This is already better than I fared on Monster, where I didn't even get so much as an email back from anyone after submitting twenty resumes'! So do yourself a favor and click here to add this great site to your next job search. This site is most definitely not a scam and quite the opposite-- it's better than a lot of competition out there.
